Constipation Clogs
The Importance of Getting The Crap Out.
You know that toxins, in general, are harmful to your overall health, so why would you want to have them stewing in your intestines, breeding harmful bacteria? Isn't the thought of up to 19 pounds of crap hanging out in your body a motivating factor to detox your poop out? As an FYI, when you flush out the crap, your body will digest food more effectively, helping you stay svelte.
One of the best ways to begin detoxing is to ensure that you have at least one bowel movement every day. Having a clean stomach in the morning -AKA having a bowel movement first thing in the morning—is the best way to prevent constipation and boost your digestive system. You may want to try drinking a warm glass of water as soon as you wake up to help stimulate your digestive system. As a result, you may experience more natural energy and have a more positive outlook on life.
I know my attitude is bright and shiny after a good morning poop.
How Much Poop is in Your Colon?
The average adult intestinal tract, consisting of the small and large intestines, is naturally designed to hold up to 18kg (39 lbs) of waste. However, did you know that most adults have anywhere between 2 kg (4 lbs) and 9 kg (19 lbs) of excess poop in their digestive tracts daily?
Yuck.
Backed Up.
Four to nineteen pounds of poop doesn't take long to build up, making your poop hard pebbles that are tough to eliminate. Hemorrhoids, anal fissures, stomach pain, and bloating are common among people who don't have daily bowel movements. Other dangers of regular constipation include:
ObesityIrritability
Insomnia
Weight Gain
Inflammation
Skin Eruptions

My Favorite Intestinal Formula
To end my constipation, I bought and tried several different herbs/combinations of herbs, and various colon detox programs, until one day, a friend recommended Dr. Schulze's Intestinal Formula #1 by The American Botanical Pharmacy.
If you've been suffering and on a long, challenging, and round poop-pebbled road to end your constipation, my vote goes with American Botanical Pharmacy.
*FYI, if you choose to purchase through the American Botanical Pharmacy, please know that I am NOT an affiliate of their products; whatever you buy, I will not receive a percentage of the cost. I choose to promote their products simply because I love them and because they've helped alleviate my constipation.
