1. Sen Sumana

Sen Sumana is considered the most important of the ten Sen Lines.

Trajectory

The Sen Sumana main line starts above the navel and travels up the body’s mid-line and spinal column.

Therapeutic Indications

Sen Sumana is associated with the Wind Element, respiratory function, and abdominal and digestive conditions.

Working on Sen Sumana can help to positively address asthma, bronchitis, respiratory problems, chest pain, heart disease, spasms of the diaphragm, hiatal hernia, nausea, cold, cough, hunger pains, throat problems, mania, and daydreaming.


2. Sen Ittha

Sen Ittha balances all internal organs.

Trajectory

The Sen Ittha main line runs at the left side of the body.

Therapeutic Indications

Sen Ittha is associated with the Earth Element, alleviating headaches, sinusitis, and back, neck, and sciatic nerve pain.

Working on Sen Ittha can help to positively address headaches, stiff neck, shoulder pains, common cold, cough, dizziness, and all diseases of internal organs.


3. Sen Pingkhala

Sen Pingkhala is the counterpart of Sen Ittha.

Sen Pingkhala’s main line runs at the right side of the body.

Therapeutic indications

Sen Pingkhala is associated with the Fire Element, which is related to helping to heal headaches, sciatic nerve pain, insomnia, and restless legs.

4. Sen Kalathari

Sen Kalathari is also called the emotional and psychic line.

Sen Kalathari’s main line starts at the navel and divides into four branches, two on the right, two on the left, and runs on both the front and back sides of the body.

Sen Kalathari is associated with the Fire and Wind Elements and is the Energy Channel that deals with movement and mobility of the arms, hands, legs, and feet.

Working on Sen Kalathari can help to positively address muscle pains, including bones, tendons, ligaments, fasciae, shock, trauma, epilepsy, various psychic diseases and mental disorders, stiffness, and spinal aches.


5. Sen Lawusang

Sen Lawusang is to keep the ears healthy.

Sen Lawusang’s main line runs at the left side of the body.

Sen Thawari is the counterpart to Sen Sahatsarangsi and relates to the eyes, gallbladder, liver, and intestines.

Sen Thawari’s main line runs down the inside and outside lines on the right side of the body.

Sen Thawari is associated with the Water Element.

9. Sen Nanthakrawat

Sen Nanthakrawat is related to the genital and lower excretion organs.

Sen Nanthakrawat comprises two main lines: Sen Sikhini, which starts at the navel and runs to the urethra or penis, and Sen Sukhumang, which begins at the navel and runs over the colon to the anus.

Sen Nanthakrawat is associated with the Wind Element.

Sen Kitchanna comprises two main lines: Sen Pitakun for men, which starts at the navel and runs to the penis and testicles, and Sen Kitcha for women, which begins at the navel and runs to the urethra and vagina.
