Be Confident and Unshakeable

Your navel center is the Manipura Chakra, or otherwise known as the Wheel of Many Jewels, and sits right at about your belly button. It's where your positive attributes reside, like raw, uncut diamonds waiting to be shaped through the internal work you do on yourself. 
Strong navel power utilizes obstacles in your life to propel you toward victorious living, and building and developing a solid navel center helps you stay positive and be victorious even when the odds seem stacked against you. 
As you develop your navel center, you'll have greater self-confidence, energy, stamina, and endurance. 
Your resolve will strengthen, and you will live fearlessly and boldly, giving you that edge you seek that'll naturally spill over into your life. 

When you develop an intense navel center, you become unexploitable, unstoppable, unshakeable, undefeatable, and undeniably naturally confident. Navel power also fuels your digestive fire, literally helping to keep your physical digestion healthy and your tummy flat—and emotionally, helping to ease you through absorbing and learning life experiences and lessons.

Did you know that in the Yogic tradition, it's believed that when a mom-to-be has an intense navel center, her child will be filled with abundance, joy, and vitality. The Yogic tradition also believes that chronic conditions such as colds, insomnia, nightmares, allergies, irregular menstrual cycles, and irritability can stem from a weak navel pulse.

Here are two steps to find your navel pulse:
1. Lie down on the floor. 
2. Use your middle finger of either hand to check for your navel pulse; remember that your navel center sits approximately at the level of your belly button. 
3. If your navel center seems weak or off-center, consider incorporating one of my favorite Kundalini Yoga videos into your life to develop and strengthen your intense navel center.

That infinity that God, that pure power, is in your navel point. You can’t buy it, sell it, and I cannot give it to you. I can give you technological knowledge from which you can initiate it. Then it will start working for you. I am not saying there will be no problems. I am not saying there will be no hassles.

But you will be untouched. You will sit like a lotus in the muddy waters and enjoy a life that is the power of the third chakra -solar plexus. It gives you the instant infinite experience of your life.

You have zero control over most of everything in life.   The one thing that's challenging for me is letting go of the need to control someone else's emotions - specifically, anger.  Why? Sometimes, You Need to Let Your Mom Win.

  Sometimes, you need to let your mom win.  What do I mean by that?  Recently, I moved back to mom's having gone through a divorce, an in-the-rears house sale, and a large financial setback.  Being fifty-two and independent for many years of my life, moving back home was something that I kicked and screamed about until the day came where someone bought my house and gave me thirty days to get out and find a new place.  Thirty days you think might be a long time, yet when you have three animals, and your finances and credit are in the tank, there really is no option but to move back home, unless choosing to live in my car was some sort of a reality - which it not at all wasn't.  So. I sucked it up, sold 90% of everything I had, and without help from movers or anyone, moved into a small room in the back of mom's house, which is where I'm currently writing from - and am beyond grateful for - yet it's taken me a bit to get to a place where I can much more easily...

Seeing the Truth

T he guy I'm dating -I'll refer to him as R—has an old phone. It is so old that it doesn't receive 90% of the texts that I or others send him.  And he seems unfazed by the entire bit of it all. He thinks we are the crazy ones for acting like the world is on fire because he hasn't received the latest update on what's happening in the local or someone's daily life drama. He basically told me so last night when I pulled into his driveway like a banshee from hell looking for a head to take off.    I got out of my car and stood there yelling up at him through his workshop window, "Hey!
