Twenty Reminders to Live Healthy
Lately, I've been asking people what they do to stay healthy.
Here is a current up-to-date list of twenty reminders from the people in my life, including massage therapists, family members, friends, clients, and random individuals I meet during errands, for living a healthy life.
1. Eat good food.
2. Exercise.
3. Read.
4. Spend quiet time alone.
5. Go outside into nature, like a forest.
6. Spend time with friends.
7. Laugh every day.
8. Stretch.
9. Play.
10. Make love.
11. Eat dinner together.
12. Have a hobby.
13. Color, draw, and doodle.
14. Chew gum.
15. Smile.
16. Talk about your feelings.
17. Hug people you feel need hugging.
18. Give back.
19. Step outside of your comfort zone.
